This one is all about you mummas! We love your babies, but for this event it is mummas only so you can focus purely on yourself and connecting with other women.
This is how the day will run:
Welcome, mingle and then get seated
Breathwork
Sharing circle - 5mins each (we will give you a theme you as an option to use for your share)
Active yoga class - to get the whole body moving and feeling good!
Break for lunch and connecting - A nourishing lunch from The Goods and time to connect with the other women
Restorative class and relaxation - this is all about rest and soaking up the juicy massages that we will go around the room and deliver during the class
Closing ceremony
The event will run for 4hrs - enough time to truly honour yourself and this big beautiful motherhood journey you are on!
