What to expect
Our 5-week prenatal yoga course is perfect for active pregnant women. Many of our mums practice multiple terms with us right up until their baby is born.
Movement
The movements we practice will challenge your body to keep you feeling strong, and stretch and open areas of your body most affected by pregnancy. This will help you feel your best as your body changes and assist your baby to move into an optimal birthing position.
Breath and sound
We teach simple yet powerful breathing techniques that help regulate your body and mind, supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and into your motherhood journey. Building on this foundation, we incorporate vocal toning—using sound as a tool to release tension and deepen relaxation.
Mindfulness
Our mindfulness activities will help you to tune into your body, release anxiety and worries, and connect deeply with your baby.

To get the most benefits, it's good to practice yoga, breathing, and mindfulness regularly.
