What to expect
These classes are specifically designed for women looking to regain and rebuild fitness after all that it takes to grow and birth a human being.
Programmed to include strength and cardio exercises in a circuit format so that everyone can take it at their own pace, whilst also being surrounded by other women in a supportive environment allowing you to build connections, confidence, relationships and community.
The cherry on top… Babies are welcome to join you! These gyms have a kids area and some classes have child minding for those who want the extra pair of hands to help! For classes without child minding, bubs can be close to you as you move around the space.
The classes are created and coached by Jen who is a qualified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and is currently studying to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
