Providing an energetic and physical yoga class for women in Canberra who wish to maintain their fitness throughout pregnancy and into motherhood. You will build strength to assist in an active labour, learn skills/tools to help respond to the challenges that may be presented in both labour and motherhood, strengthen weakened muscles post childbirth and connect with likeminded women.
