Prenatal Yoga

Our 6 week prenatal yoga course is designed for active pregnant women in Canberra. Our classes are physically challenging to keep you feeling strong, but always practiced in a careful and modified way to keep you and your baby safe.

Postnatal Yoga

We offer a 4 week rolling term of postnatal yoga to ease you back in after the birth of their baby and give you the chance to connect with likeminded mummas.  You can commence 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean birth (following clearance from your GP/OB/Physio).

Mumma Circle

We are excited to welcome mums and bubs to join us for Mumma Circle - an opportunity to honour your birth and motherhood journey and to connect with other likeminded mums.
